→サービスエクスペリエンスセンター(Ops.)部門は、ネットワーク全体の運用に責

任を持ち、Full Virtualized Telecom Network を含むすべてのモバイルネットワークシ

ステムをカバーしています。当部門では、運用チームのサポート、プロジェクトマネ

ジメント、部門内のガバナンスマネジメントを担当しています。

関連部署と効果的に連携できる、自発的で学習能力の高い、論理的思考と細部にこだ

わるプロセスエキスパートを求めています。

サービスエクスペリエンスセンター(Ops.)部門におけるすべてのプロセス案件の全

責任を担っていただきます。

●勤務地:日本

●就業形態:正社員

●勤務開始:即~(面接時に確認)

●給与(年収):560 万円~870 万円

●業務内容:

1 As-Is プロセスのヒアリングと図面化

2To-Be プロセスの設計、図面化、KPI 定義

3プロセスの標準化、日常業務への導入

4プロセスのメンテナンス

5モバイルの関連プロセスグループとのインターフェース

●必要資格:

1テレコム、クラウド NW の運用経験

2プロセスエンジニアリングの経験

3優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力(日: 流暢、英: ビジネス)

4物事を構造的に理解する能力

●歓迎条件:

1業務改善コンサルティング経験

2業務改善プロジェクト経験

3英語:日常会話レベル、日本語;ビジネスレベル

仕事内容 (英語)

■ Application Guidelines-Service Experience Center (Ops.) Division

Business process expert

→ The Service Experience Center (Ops.) Division is responsible for the operation of the entire network and covers all mobile network systems, including the Full Virtualized Telecom Network. This department is responsible for operations team support, project management, and governance management within the department.

We are looking for a process expert who is spontaneous, has high learning ability, and is particular about logical thinking and details, who can effectively collaborate with related departments.

You will be responsible for all process matters in the Service Experience Center (Ops.) Department.

● Work location: Japan

● Working style: Full-time employees

● Start of work: Immediately ~ (confirmed at the time of interview)

● Salary (annual income): 5.6 million yen to 8.7 million yen

● Business content:

1 As-Is process hearing and drawing

2To-Be process design, drawing, KPI definition

3 Standardization of processes, introduction to daily work

4 Process maintenance

5 Interface with related process groups of Mobile

● Required qualifications:

1 Telecom, cloud NW operation experience

2 Process engineering experience

3 Excellent written and oral communication skills (Japanese: fluent, English: business)

4 Ability to understand things structurally
